The skeleton has complete hand and foot with all the bones strung together to show articulation

The beads themselves are all different sizes and shapes which is an indication of the age of this item

By doing this the artist reveals the blue grey layers below the outer layer of the shell

Medically prepared human disarticulated skull bones All the teeth are stillThese bones were part of a collection from a medical school museum. This is a collection of disarticulated skull bones comprising of the frontal, two parietals (both left) and a sphenoid. The parietals still have the medical school collection number on them. All the bones have a very pale white colour which would suggest that they were prepared in the second half of the last century.
